How do I get an owner's/installation manual for your in-bed spare tire holder? The product looks great, but I am not mechanically inclined and need step-by-step help.

I was charged for a 5/19/26 parking stay and I was not in *** on that date. I live in ***, *** and have been in *** all year.

I opened a ticket, then went to my account to print it out. There was not ticket pending in my account.

I have spent over an hour trying to get the QR code for a parking pass that I paid for without any success.

ParkWhiz had the incorrect garage hours listed in the app. I booked a specific garage because I thought I was booking one that would be open early.

This caused me to be locked out of the garage for several hours and had to delay my trip home. The worst part is that ParkWhiz acknowledged the mistake but refused to issue a refund. They offered a $5 discount for future bookings. I will never use this company again.

They are unreliable!

There are many parking companies out there to choose from. Stay far away from this one.

Excellent parking price options and ease of booking but customer service has issues. Recently had an issue and use the callback function on an automated call there was no callback from Park whiz.

I have been trying to resolve the same issue now for over a week as it has happened 3 days in a row. Cannot get intouch with anyone and the only way you want to help is by charging me 5.00 to speak with some random person. You ober sell parking spots, i have to end up paying again to park elsewhere.

When I got to the location, my pass was denied. I paid for it with my card and still haven't got a refund back yet.

The app would not let me cancel I decided not to park in that area so I did not use the parking spot I need a refund.

The parking garage located next to the Golden 1 Center claimed their arm gate was vandalized, so they couldn't control the amount of cars paying and unpaid entering the facility. This caused a long jam of traffic in the garage that stranded people in their cars.

I spent over 300 dollars on basketball tickets and didn't get to park or see the game. Yes, I'm pissed.

Issue was with the website, not customer service.

I could not change the date ...then was told by the representative that that meant there weren't any spaces. I wanted a lot of time on the app and made the reservation AT an actual garage (not the one I wanted) and it said I was doing it through Parkwhiz!?!

By the way, my friend eventually got a space, so they were available.
